PANews July 24, a message on X from research firm SemiAnalysis said that in its Q2 earnings report, ASML raised its FY2026 performance guidance for the second time within three months. SemiAnalysis believes this signals that another upcycle in the semiconductor equipment industry is further gaining strength.

SemiAnalysis noted that the positive signals include order visibility extending to 2028, management’s early planning for capacity expansion, a push for price increases on similar products, DUV immersion lithography tool shipments resuming faster growth, and continued growth in the upgraded services business. Based on these factors, the firm believes there is still upside room in the market’s current expectations for ASML’s revenue, and it expects the company to further raise its long-term performance guidance in the future.
