PANews July 23 reports that the Beijing Municipal Development and Reform Commission and other departments jointly issued the “Several Measures of Beijing on Accelerating the Development of Agent-Led Innovation,” to promote agent-led innovation and lead the way in cultivating new forms of the intelligent economy. Encourage the development of Token (vocabulary token) economy. Promote innovation entities to research and develop general-purpose processors adapted to agent system calls, complex task scheduling, and high-frequency decision-making, and develop low-latency, high-throughput dedicated inference chips. Encourage innovation entities to carry out key technology breakthroughs such as inference architectures, and reduce inference costs through heterogeneous collaboration, compute-and-storage collaboration, and intelligent scheduling, while accelerating application-layer efficiency optimizations such as inference cache reuse and intelligent task routing, and improving Token efficiency through end-to-end optimization. Reshape product forms and service models, cultivate new business models such as Token-as-a-Service (TaaS), Agent-as-a-Service (AaaS), and Result-as-a-Service (RaaS), and promote more qualifying new Token products and new services to be included in the scope of small and micro enterprise service voucher matching products. Increase support efforts such as compute power vouchers, and encourage eligible districts to explore issuing Token vouchers, agent service vouchers, and so on, to accelerate the promotion and application of intelligent agents and related services.
