2026.7.23 Crypto Market Full-Day Flash Report
BTC current price $65,960, down slightly 0.5% over the past 24 hours; it surged to the 66,900 level but met resistance and entered high-range consolidation. ETH stays around $1,930, trading in a tight range with relatively stronger downside resilience. Major coins show mixed gains and losses; the public chain segment is taking a brief pause; rotation among smaller-cap coins accelerates; and market longs’ desire to realize profits rises. In the past 24 hours, both long and short positions saw liquidations in both directions; trading activity has declined somewhat, while the Fear & Greed Index remains in the Fear range.
In terms of capital flows, US BTC spot ETFs continue net inflows, maintaining seven consecutive days of net capital inflow. BlackRock IBIT keeps absorbing capital, and institutions’ medium-to-long-term allocation direction remains unchanged; however, short-term intraday funds showed profit-taking and exited, with the pace of incremental entries slowing down. Whale addresses maintain a holding-and-watching stance, and profit-taking highs and buying dips intensify range-bound oscillations.
Macroeconomic bullish-bear game intensifies: tensions between the US and Iran keep escalating. International crude oil rises again, approaching $94; the market worries that renewed energy price increases could once again push inflation higher. US Treasury yields continue to trade in a high-range range, which suppresses upside room for interest-free crypto assets. The market focus shifts to next week’s Fed meeting, with rate-cut expectations carrying uncertainty. On regulation, the US CLARITY Act Senate negotiations fall short of expectations; the bill’s passage probability is lowered, cooling down near-term regulatory-positive expectations.
Technically, resistance lies at 66,600-66,900; the key support below is 64,800. The trading approach is mainly range-based swings: don’t chase breakouts; cautiously short at rebound resistance; use pullbacks to test for short-term longs against support, with strict stop-losses. Only a volume-supported hold above 66,900 can restart the upward trend. Geopolitical news causes frequent volatility, so keep leverage under tight control.
