ETH is continuously being accumulated by large capital, and many buy orders are not directly grabbing liquidity in the secondary market, but are instead completed through OTC over-the-counter trading.

If it were only short-term trading, they could simply buy on an exchange. But many institutions prefer to execute via OTC for a simple reason: to avoid impacting the market price, and it also indicates that the buy size is large enough.
OTC buy orders mean sell pressure is being absorbed. OTC won’t directly drive up the candlestick chart, but it will reduce the amount of supply that will flow into exchanges in the future.
