The odds of Congress passing crypto's biggest regulatory bill just dropped to 38%, right after the actual text came out.


Senate Republicans released their new draft of the Crypto Clarity Act this week, and prediction markets moved the odds down almost immediately, a reversal from last week's bounce, which happened on rumors alone.
Now that people can actually read the language, the number went the other way.
This is a good example of how a bill's odds swing on perception before the details are public, then correct once people actually see what's in it.
