ME News, July 23 (UTC+8): digital asset infrastructure provider BitGo and OTC Markets Group plan to cooperate to provide digital asset trading and custody infrastructure for broker-dealers, expanding institutional access to tokenized securities through existing market infrastructure. The two sides plan to serve more than 150 broker-dealers using OTC Link ATS; participating parties can use their existing OTC and U.S. stock electronic trading infrastructure to quote, trade, and settle digital asset securities. BitGo Bank & Trust will serve as a qualified custodian, with settlement conducted through BitGo’s Go Network. The framework initially supports digital asset securities and can be expanded in the future to tokenized assets and bulk commodities. (Source: ODAILY)
