Wanxin at dawn: Silk Road

BTC tried to push up in the evening. After it touched the Bollinger upper band pressure level (around 66,396), the upward momentum quickly weakened.

The KDJ indicator has entered the “upper band” overbought zone. The MACD histogram and volume have started to shrink. In the short term, the histogram is lackluster; bears are bearing the pressure and stalling the rise, and the “upper band” area is gradually being left. The evening pullback is viewed as an opportunity to sell/short, and it is expected that a retracement and adjustment will follow.

BTC: 66,600 - 67,100 (nearby range) sell/short signal
Target: 65,300-65,100
Erbing: 1,960-1,980
Target: 1,900-1,880

Technical indicators really do show that a pullback is needed, but you should also watch out for whether BTC might come with another “pin.” Setting your stop-loss is steadier and safer.

Support around 65,100 can be used for partial take-profit in batches, but if it breaks below 65,000 we’ll need to watch the trend. The linkage with the second “bing” is also strong—whether 1,900 can hold steady still needs observation. Overall, I agree with the strategy; the short entry levels look good.
