ENS DAO has approved the executable proposal for its next two-year Security Council. 🛡️

The key change is not who can vote. It is who can stop execution: once the role grant is executed, a five-of-eight multisig can cancel a malicious proposal during the two-day timelock.
It cannot rewrite the proposal, move treasury funds or initiate another governance action.
Governance control chain: vote → queued transaction → role grant → narrowly scoped veto.
