Profit warning ⚠️#ETC fifth production cut #Ethereum Classic production cut
On July 23, Ethereum Classic will officially undergo its production cut ⚠️Current price 6.9 USD
1. Hard trigger conditions
ETC’s fifth production cut must wait until block height 25,000,001 for it to be automatically executed. It is a code-inbuilt rule and cannot be manually triggered earlier or later.
The latest on-chain height is currently about 24,999,000, with only about 1,000 blocks remaining.
The current block reward is still: 2.048 ETC/block, and it has not yet changed to 1.6384 ETC after the production cut.
2. Precise on-schedule time estimate
The network-wide average block time is 13.4 seconds/block:
All remaining blocks will take about 3.7 hours,
Most likely the production cut switch will be officially completed between the evening of July 22, 2026 and the early hours of July 23 (UTC time).
