AVAX is currently around 6.61u. In the past two days, there’s been big news: the World Cup is using it.

FIFA’s official ticketing system for this year’s World Cup is running directly on Avalanche, and the NFT side has been integrated as well. After Spain won the championship, FIFA Collect NFTs also heated up for a wave. Daily active trading volume jumped twentyfold overnight, but the price didn’t really rise along with it, suggesting that this rally is mostly chain activity—the sentiment hasn’t fully transmitted to the coin price yet.

On the institutional side, two channels have opened up. VanEck and Grayscale have both filed for AVAX ETFs. Traditional investors can now get exposure through regulated channels. This month, Hyundai Motor has also announced a pilot to use Avalanche for global stablecoin transfers. These are real partnerships, not just promises.

The stablecoin segment is also growing in size. The total stablecoin supply on top of it has risen to $1.8 billion, indicating real value is being deposited into this chain—not just speculative money.

Its all-time high was 144.96u, and now it’s down by more than 95%. It hasn’t really recovered over the years.

On the technical side, around the 7th and 8th, it broke below an ascending trendline, indicating that near-term upward momentum has weakened a bit. The market is now watching whether it can break back above the 7u level #avax $AVAX
