Wu Says he has learned that CryptoQuant analyst CW said that USDC has continued to see net outflows from exchanges since May, and is now approaching neutral levels, or is about to turn into net inflows. Since USDC is mainly used on Coinbase and is favored by US investors, its fund flows typically track the direction of Bitcoin. If net inflows resume, the pressure from US funds pushing Bitcoin higher may strengthen again.

That makes sense—USDC inflows are definitely a bullish signal.

This perspective is quite interesting. As a compliant stablecoin, USDC’s liquidity does reflect the sentiment in the U.S. market. Since May it has been seeing continuous net outflows; now it’s approaching neutral. If it flips to net inflows, it could indeed help drive Bitcoin’s next round of gains. However, we still need to watch the macro environment, such as the direction of interest rates.

Is the US about to start working? USDC net inflows mean the ammunition is in place.

Does that mean you can now buy the dip on BTC? Or should you wait until USDC is officially approved before entering?

That said, you should note that USDC net outflows may just be shifting into on-chain DeFi and not necessarily directly buying BTC. You’ll also need to look at other indicators together.
