Deep Tide TechFlow, July 22, according to Decrypt: Jack Dorsey’s payments company Block officially launches the open-source collaboration platform Buzz, built on the Nostr protocol, supporting employees and AI agents to work together in the same workspace. Buzz integrates team chat, code repositories, and automated workflows; each user and AI agent has an independent encrypted identity. It supports popular model frameworks such as Claude Code, OpenAI Codex, and Block’s in-house goose, with code released open source under the Apache 2.0 license. Jack Dorsey said the platform is designed to reduce a company’s reliance on Slack and GitHub. The current version is 0.4.21, already supporting macOS, Windows, and Linux desktop clients, while the mobile version is still under development.
