Israel’s Minister of Finance Bezalel Smotrich said that Israel sees no point in intervening in the war between the United States and Iran, as it believes the current state of affairs is extremely beneficial for itself.

The current situation, in which Iran and the United States are engaged in limited military confrontation, is right and the best for us.

We must remember that our ultimate goal in this campaign is to weaken the Iranian regime, and what is happening now is its economic suppression.

Inflation in Iran is 85%, food inflation has exceeded 134% over the past four months, and the Iranian rial is currently worth 1.9 million rials per dollar.

So the current situation is favorable for us, and we have no desire to interfere with it, even though we need this situation.

In Tel Aviv they decided:
with potentially dangerous Iran, the Americans will deal,
and Israel for now will handle its own matters in Gaza, Lebanon, and Syria.
