$ETH Due to the heightened tensions in the U.S.-Iran situation, ETH may face short-term pressure. War-related news often triggers a risk-off sentiment in the market; funds may first flow into safe-haven assets such as the US dollar and gold, leading to selling pressure in the crypto market. During the earlier outbreak of geopolitical conflicts, crypto assets like Bitcoin also showed a pattern of first falling and then recovering.
If market panic continues to intensify, ETH’s short-term price may see a pullback. The key focus is whether the support level can hold. If support breaks, the bears may further amplify selling.
However, war news affects short-term sentiment more than anything else. If the situation eases afterward and capital returns to risk assets, ETH could also rebound quickly. In terms of trading, don’t blindly chase shorts; look for opportunities to buy the dip after panic has been released.
