Trump has signed the ethical provisions of the CLARITY Act, clearing the final hurdle for the bill. The provision is intended to restrict senior government officials from profiting from crypto assets during their time in office. The negotiations had previously stalled due to Trump’s personal Meme coin and the family WLF company. The bill text was recently released and has entered the final countdown stage.
