$LAB LAB’s recent price action has clearly weakened. After high-level funds fled, market confidence was shattered, and it’s very difficult for the market to break out into a big trend again in the short term. Recently, the price has kept falling, and trading volume has increased, indicating that selling pressure has not fully been released yet.

Don’t blindly bottom-pick in this kind of setup. Any rebound is more likely to provide an opportunity for trapped positions to be offloaded and for funds to exit. If the key resistance level can’t hold, a strategy of shorting on rallies is more advantageous—waiting for it to continue searching for the bottom.

But for futures, you must always control your position size. Don’t go heavy just because you’re bearish; when the market counter-rallies, it’s easy to get wicked-in. Bearish direction matters, but timing matters even more.
