On July 17, 2026, inventories for Fuji trading remained subdued, with cold-storage facilities in the western producing areas basically clearing out their stocks, leaving only a small amount of remaining inventory. In the Shandong producing area, inventories currently held by traders with good-quality fruit are still being sold in an orderly manner; growers’ fruit is being disposed of at low prices, and deals are reached through negotiation with limited changes in the market. The volume of early-ripening apples shipped in the western region is not high; the effects of high temperatures have led to less-than-ideal coloring.
