Han Jian Heshan: Expected net profit loss of $17 million to $11.5 million in the first half of 2026

Han Jian Heshan Announcement: It is expected that for the first half of 2026, the net profit attributable to the owners of the parent company will be a loss of RMB 17.00 million to RMB 11.50 million. The company’s operating performance loss in the first half of 2026 is because, for the company’s newly won projects, in the first half of 2026 they are still in the production base construction stage or in inventory production, and have not yet generated revenue. The currently implemented order projects have basically completed supply/delivery; therefore, in the first half of 2026 the company is unable to form the expected revenue while fixed expenses continue to be incurred, which has led to the company’s operating loss in the first half of 2026.
