$BTC U.S. stocks rise across the board, led by crypto stocks
Overnight, the three major U.S. indices collectively rebounded, with risk sentiment showing a significant recovery. The market’s structure is highly distinctive: within a broad market-wide uptrend, crypto-related equities exhibited far greater upside sensitivity. Coinbase and crypto mining companies moved higher across the board, becoming the main line of this rebound.
Behind the rally are two core drivers. First, cooling inflation data dampened expectations for further rate hikes; Treasury yields fell and the U.S. dollar weakened, creating a liquidity repair window for high Beta assets. Crypto assets are a classic liquidity-sensitive category. Crypto stock valuations move in tandem with BTC; during phases when risk appetite improves, their upside elasticity naturally exceeds that of traditional tech blue chips. Second, RWA continues to gain momentum. The rollout of tokenized U.S. stocks expands traditional capital’s connecting channels to the crypto market, strengthening the long-term narrative of capital-market trading integrating with blockchain.
However, it is necessary to distinguish rationally: this rise is a repair rally driven by a recovery in risk sentiment, not a fundamental shift that changes the underlying picture. The crypto sector is extremely volatile and highly dependent on the Federal Reserve’s interest-rate path and the direction of U.S. crypto regulation. Once inflation rebounds again and hawkish officials restart their calls for rate hikes, capital will quickly exit high-elasticity assets.
At the same time, divergences between bulls and bears in the market still remain. Bearish positions from the earlier period are at elevated levels, and in the short term there is also upward pressure from short covering. From a trading execution perspective, it is not advisable to chase gains blindly; continue monitoring Treasury yields, BTC prices, and U.S. crypto regulatory developments.
