#特朗普同意Clarity法案纳入伦理条款 The White House and Trump have formally agreed on the ethics provisions, clearing the final hurdle for the CLARITY Act, a digital asset market clarity bill that has been stalled for months. According to the latest updates from Crypto Briefing, the White House has reached consensus on a comprehensive package of ethics provisions and has sent the text to Senate Republicans for review, with an updated version of the bill expected to be released soon.
This deadlock had persisted for weeks: Democrats used the ethics issue as leverage, demanding that legislation prohibit federal officials from “issuing, endorsing, or profiting from digital assets,” directly targeting the Trump family’s crypto industry setup and a prior dispute over holdings worth up to $2.3 billion. Trump had once opposed the provision, but as the Senate adjournment deadline on August 8 approached, the White House ultimately made concessions.
Market interpretation suggests that unblocking the ethics provisions means the CLARITY Act is now only one last step away from a full Senate floor vote. If enacted, the bill would clearly delineate the regulatory authority over digital assets between the SEC and the CFTC, providing a compliance pathway for exchanges and token issuers. Polymarket data shows the probability of the bill being signed within the year has risen back to 43%.
