Gold has indeed been running too hard lately, but the RSI already shows it needs to catch its breath. At this level, it may be time for a short-term mean reversion. For the entry zone, you can watch 4118.5 to 4139.1. On the downside, look toward around 3928 and even 3767. Put the defense around 4263.

But do watch the risks: on the 1-hour timeframe, the trend momentum is still quite strong. If it breaks above the 4132 high, there could be a short squeeze risk. Also, $LAB and $SOXL are waiting for a pullback. Don’t get carried away and go all-in—manage position size according to your own account.
