Hu Pei Power Dynamics announcement: It is expected that in the first half of 2026, the net profit attributable to the owners of the parent company will be between -5 million yuan and -3.5 million yuan. Compared with the same period last year, it is expected to decrease by 25.17 million yuan to 23.67 million yuan, representing a year-on-year decrease of 124.78% to 117.35%. It is also expected that in the first half of 2026, the net profit attributable to the owners of the parent company after deducting non-recurring gains and losses will be between -13 million yuan and -9 million yuan. Compared with the same period last year, it is expected to decrease by 29.81 million yuan to 25.81 million yuan, representing a year-on-year decrease of 177.33% to 153.54%. During the reporting period, the prices of core raw and auxiliary materials such as precious metals including tungsten and cobalt increased significantly year on year, driving up the direct material costs of the powertrain business division.
