Deep Tide TechFlow news, on July 22, industry insiders revealed that Samsung Electronics plans to build a new HVAC (heating, ventilation, and air conditioning) manufacturing plant within its Gwangju, South Korea campus, aiming to accelerate expansion of its B2B central air conditioning business.



The report said Samsung has recently submitted an application to local authorities for a construction permit for new facilities at the Gwangju campus. The project is expected to invest about 200 billion Korean won, aiming to strengthen HVAC system production capacity, including cooling equipment for AI data centers. (China Finance Network)
