Movement’s on-chain app daily revenue has remained below $800 for a long time since last November.

Wu Says He Learned, according to DeFiLlama data, that since last November, the Movement chain’s on-chain app daily revenue has long been below $800, while its on-chain daily fees have long stayed in single digits, with fees of only $1 in the past 24 hours. However, Movement’s total funding amount has reached $141.4 million; the token’s current FDV is $107 million, down more than 99% from its peak. Movement has now applied for bankruptcy.

Daily cost is $1—any random red packet I send is more than that… The project team probably can’t even afford the server electricity bill. Going bankrupt and liquidating right away is a timely stop-loss.

From fundraising to bankruptcy, Movement has given the industry a lesson: if you only rely on narratives and pile up capital, without real users and revenue, it will all be nothing more than a castle in the air. FDV has dropped 99% to 100 million—backing it doesn’t even come close to the original amount raised. Investors truly lost a ton.

$140 million in financing, with a daily income of under $800—these numbers are too unreal. Where did the project team’s money all go? In bankruptcy liquidation, there probably aren’t even many users left.
