China Software International (CSS) has established the FDE Innovation Lab by signing a token-sharing and joint innovation agreement with Moonshot AI (Beijing).

This partnership aims to increase the use of agent-based AI at the enterprise level in the energy, power, and finance sectors by integrating CSS’s AllMeta platform with Moonshot’s K2.7 Code and K3 major models.

The collaboration adopts a token-sharing business model where both parties share revenue from Kimi major model token consumption and related derivative income; this is a "model + enterprise service" synergy model unique to China.

CSS will also provide an integrated "computing-to-application" service by prioritizing Moonshot’s computing needs
