Sounds brilliant when you’re 25.
Then you wake up at 60 and realize you’ve spent 35 years paying someone else’s mortgage while hoping your investments grew enough to buy you freedom.
Renting isn’t automatically a bad financial decision.
But pretending homeownership doesn’t matter to people who want stability, control, and a place to call their own is just as naive.
The goal isn’t to blindly buy a house.
The goal is to reach a point where you don’t have to worry about someone else deciding what happens to your home.
