Venice Token ($VVV ) Breaks Out: 11% Rally Fueled by Massive Deflationary Upgrade!

After a gruelling six-week correction, Venice Token ($VVV) is officially waking up. The AI-focused Base chain token surged over 11% this Tuesday, slicing through a key descending resistance line to reclaim the $12.84 level.
But this isn't just a random technical bounce. A major structural upgrade is driving the momentum.

API Revenue Now Burns $VVV ‌
On July 17, Venice AI dropped one of its most significant tokenomics updates to date, linking real-world platform usage directly to token scarcity:
Programmatic API Burns: Moving forward, $5 out of every $100 spent on Venice API inference credits will automatically trigger an open-market buyback and permanent burn of VVV tokens.

Scaling Scarcity: Unlike fixed treasury burns, this mechanism creates a recurring, deflationary demand loop that scales directly with the platform's API adoption. As more developers use Venice AI, more VVV is destroyed.

DIEM Supply Expansion: To support ecosystem growth, the platform is also slowly raising its DIEM supply target from 38,000 to 40,000 (phased in through mid-September).

 The Technical Outlook
$VVV has successfully defended its long-term support and broken its short-term downtrend (which started from its June 3 peak of $21.47).

The immediate hurdle sits at $14.00. A clean break above this level exposes $16.83, leaving the door open for a retest of its all-time high at $22.58.

Bulls need to hold the line at $12.00. A daily close below this level would invalidate the current breakout structure and weaken the bullish setup.#VENICE

With an 11% increase plus a structural breakout, it feels like this move is for real. If $14 holds, then the next target would be $16.8, right?

I personally think whether this rebound can continue depends on whether $12 can hold; otherwise we’ll likely go back to range-bound trading again.

The concept of a deflationary loop is quite interesting: the more usage there is, the more is burned, and in the long run it amounts to an extra layer of protection for holders.

Finally, VVV moved. The earlier pullback ground me down so quickly that I lost patience. Hopefully this time we can ride the wave of API burn and surge back to the previous high.

This coin-burning mechanism is indeed hardcore—API revenue is used directly to buy back and burn, which is far stronger than those that just talk about deflation.
