Coin World News learned that Wu Shuo was informed that ionic digital, a digital infrastructure and Bitcoin mining company, announced that its Form S-1 registration statement has been declared effective by the U.S. SEC. Trading is expected to begin on July 28 on the Nasdaq Global Select Market under the ticker symbol IOND. This is a direct listing: the company will not issue new shares, and it will not receive proceeds from existing shareholders selling shares. ionic digital took over the relevant Bitcoin mining assets through Celsius’ bankruptcy reorganization and previously issued shares to Celsius creditors.
