7.21 Evening Analysis

Today’s trading closed perfectly once again. The market is like the tides—up and down are always the norm. A true trader doesn’t lose direction in volatility, but holds onto their original intent through fluctuations.

All day trading layout strategy thoughts have been fully revealed in advance. On the weekend, I also reminded friends that you can see 67,000; and it has reached it precisely. Real-account profits can be imagined, with overflowing gains. If you can hold onto your positions, the returns are also very substantial. The current pace is actually very easy to follow: it’s simply that one-way “blow-off” activity is followed by “pullback-and-correction” behavior. If you can’t do it well, just follow the rhythm of Lao Lu directly.

The current daily chart has already strongly broken out into a three-candle green streak. The “blow-off” is undeniably strong. It has already surged up to the 65,500 daily line strong resistance, and acceleration has begun; the next expectation is to test 67,200. On the weekly side, there is still room. In the short term, the 4-hour coin price continues to rise in consecutive green candles while hovering near the upper band. The daily chart has already surged through and formed a short-term overbought condition. Gold oil during the day is also continuously trending higher. The need for a pullback in the current market is steadily expanding. After repeatedly breaking the structure of the range-bound upward move, it has now broken through the 4-hour upper band. There is an expectation of a pullback, but the pullback warning is a necessary step for correcting and turning this into a healthy upward move. In summary, in the next phase, first focus on a pullback; after the pullback is in place, continue to follow the “blow-off.”

ETH also followed the drop; the 1930 short position is now up quite a bit, but around 1880 you need to watch whether it can hold—after all, the broader market is still mainly bullish.

After three consecutive bullish daily candles, a pullback is certainly reasonable, but going short directly to 65,000 feels too aggressive, doesn’t it? I feel like you should take profit after a pullback of a few hundred points.

Lao Lu nailed this bearish call so well—near 67,000 he made the move, then topped it up when it fell to 65,000; the timing was perfect.

In fact, a pullback is your chance to get in, but many people can’t keep up—they can’t stay with the move. Keeping in sync with the pace is definitely not easy.

A bit torn—according to the analysis, it’s better to wait empty first and then go long, but I’m afraid the market will V-reverse immediately; should I just try it with a small position and follow the first entry?
