7.21 Intraday Bitcoin and Ethereum Market Summary
Today’s BTC market broke out with a “breakout → confirmation → slow push” structure. In the morning, a high-volume bullish candle immediately reclaimed 65,000, breaking the pattern from the past week of four failed attempts to rally followed by pullbacks. After that, the BTC/ETH price briefly entered a one-way upward channel, rising from around 65,100 to around 66,900. Overall, it shows a “higher highs and higher lows” pattern with the top increasing while the bottoms move up in sync. However, the rise wasn’t volume-accelerated; it’s a typical contraction-volume push, and the follow-through effect from volume has been mediocre.
“ETH” also delivered a decent breakdown intraday. But after it broke above 1,950 in the afternoon, it failed to test higher again.
At present, the price is hovering around 66,500. The high hasn’t broken the pressure zone near 67,000 yet, and the advance has slowed again. Overbought signals on the smaller timeframe are clear, and in the short term there is also a technical pullback-and-repair need. Overall, the early signs of a daily-style “higher-high / higher-low” structure are starting to appear. If price doesn’t manage to decisively break through the 67,000 level next, then it will most likely range and consolidate between 65,500 and 66,500. After the market digests the current profit-taking, a more stable direction will be chosen again.
The intraday “BTC” strategy has already played out in a follow-the-trend manner. Hope friends have all brought “profits” along smoothly. For ETH, the current pullback-and-repair looks relatively strong, but there isn’t enough momentum left to support a rebound. First, look at the strength of support around the 1,900 level. After the pullback stabilizes, then we can act.
