The Ningbo Shipping announcement: The Company expects that, from January 1, 2026 to June 30, 2026, the net profit attributable to shareholders of the listed company will be a loss of RMB 10 million to RMB 5 million. In the same period last year, the net profit attributable to shareholders of the listed company was a loss of RMB 39.2336 million. The Company’s principal business lines are waterway cargo transportation and toll highway operation. For the waterway cargo transportation business, benefiting from the sustained high level of China’s coastal bulk freight rates from mid-March 2026 to mid-June 2026, the gross profit of the transportation business increased significantly year over year; for the toll highway operation business, the operating performance in the first half of the year was relatively stable, and the gross profit decreased slightly year over year. Regarding non-recurring gains and losses, affected by fluctuations in the stock market, the fair value of the half-year equity investment fund in Zhejiang Zheneng Green Energy invested by the Company fell significantly compared with the beginning of the year, resulting in a loss in the net profit attributable to shareholders of the listed company for the first half of 2026.
