Why can’t the 99.99% poor get rich?

Think back— from childhood to now, has anyone ever taught you how to make choices step by step, given you resources, and told you the real rules of society?
Rich people’s kids have their dads guiding and mentoring them from a young age.
The poor spend their whole lives bumping into walls and fumbling to figure out society’s rules— and by the time they understand, their youth is gone, and in middle age they can’t keep up anymore.
