As someone who creates content every day, I enjoy breaking down complex DeFi concepts into something everyone can understand. One topic that deserves more attention is HTLC vs RFQ swaps because they represent two different ways of making cross-chain trading work.

HTLC (Hash Time-Locked Contracts) prioritize trustless execution. They use cryptographic conditions to ensure a swap either completes successfully or the funds are safely returned. It's a powerful model for decentralized cross-chain transactions.

RFQ (Request for Quote) takes a different approach. Instead of relying solely on on-chain mechanics, users receive competitive quotes from liquidity providers or resolvers, helping them achieve efficient pricing and smooth execution.

What stands out to me is how STONfi, through Omniston, is bringing advanced swap infrastructure to the TON ecosystem. By enabling resolvers to compete for order flow while maintaining a seamless user experience, STONfi is helping make cross-chain DeFi faster, more efficient, and easier to use.

As DeFi continues to evolve, understanding the strengths of both HTLC and RFQ models gives us a clearer picture of where the industry is heading.

I'm excited to see how STONfi continues to push innovation and make decentralized finance more accessible for everyone.
