Three Tether-affiliated companies failed to merge, and Twenty One Capital’s former CEO stepped down

Mars Finance News: According to Bloomberg, the merger plans for three companies under Tether—Twenty One Capital, Strike, and Elektron Energy—have been terminated. Jack Mallers, CEO of Twenty One Capital and Strike, has stepped down as CEO of Twenty One Capital, and Elektron CEO Raphael Zagury will take over.
