BlackRock’s Korea ETF has allocated about 25% of its holdings to SK Hynix.

Odaily Planet Daily reports: The iShares MSCI South Korea ETF (EWY), an exchange-traded fund listed on a Korean exchange under asset management giant BlackRock, saw net inflows of more than $2.8 billion last week, setting a new all-time high for single-week net inflows—far exceeding the $1.2 billion record set in February this year. About 25% of its holdings have been allocated to SK hynix.

Data shows that South Korean investment products attracted $3.03 billion in net inflows last week, ranking first globally among all countries. Over the same period, U.S.-listed emerging markets ETFs saw total net inflows of $4.39 billion, the highest level since Feb 27. Of this, stock ETFs brought in $4.22 billion, while bond funds received inflows of $164 million. (Bloomberg)
