This short position finally paid off. The move where $TAO got slammed down from the highs completely changed the feel of the tape. A lot of people are still waiting for a retracement bounce to keep pushing up, but at the time I wasn’t focused on how violently it had risen—I was watching how the sell-side support overhead kept getting thinner and thinner.

I already paid attention to this level earlier. After shorting around 274.6, what truly made me confirm the setup was that the rebound lacked strength, and the volume couldn’t catch up. Once the price started to break down, panic began to spread. Now we’re at 198.8, and with +1332.84% in hand, the market move has been released very cleanly.

To the brothers with positions, don’t let FOMO take over. I’m more inclined toward an 80/20 approach for handling it in batches: take some profits first, and then use protective levels to manage the rest. This isn’t showing off—it’s a reminder to myself not to give back the profits you’ve already taken to the market.

If you didn’t get in, don’t rush. Don’t chase on the rebound, and don’t emotionally short into it. Wait for the next opportunity—move again only when the price is at a more comfortable level.
