Bloomberg: BlackRock’s Korea ETF has allocated about one quarter of its holdings to SK Hynix.

Golden Finance reported, citing Bloomberg disclosures, that iShares MSCI South Korea ETF (EWY), an exchange-traded fund under investment management giant BlackRock on a South Korean exchange, saw net inflows of more than $2.8 billion last week, setting a record high for a single week and far exceeding the $1.2 billion record set in February this year. About 25% of the portfolio has been allocated to SK Hynix.
Data shows that last week, South Korea investment products attracted a total of $3.03 billion in net inflows, ranking first among countries worldwide. In the same period, U.S.-listed emerging market ETFs saw overall net inflows of $4.39 billion, hitting a new high since February 27. Of this, equity ETFs absorbed $4.22 billion, while bond funds saw inflows of $164 million.
