Normally, you’ll see two red/green candles with almost similar long upper wicks come out, to judge whether it’s getting blocked.
Plainly speaking: on the small timeframe, it forms a double-top structure; on the larger timeframe, it’s two red/green candles with almost similar upper wicks.
You can also look at the three gray boxes in the chart: enter short in batches. For the topmost one, if it breaks through, you’d need to stop-loss and exit; but normally, it’s rare that it can rise to the upper boundary in one shot and successfully break through.
So you need to see how this current structure plays out: if it goes up in a single push, plan to trade a range-bound consolidation. If the bottom keeps getting lifted as it goes up, then in terms of the overall structure, it’s about to turn bullish.
