7.21 Today Analysis:

ZEC Today Market:
ZEC’s recent ↑ uptrend is mainly driven by news. On one hand, the development team has successfully fixed a major network spoofing vulnerability, restoring investors’ confidence; on the other hand, the highly anticipated Ironwood network security upgrade is about to be rolled out, drawing significant attention from liquidity. The technical side has made a strong breakthrough: the price has firmly moved above key moving averages such as the 20-day, 50-day, and 200-day lines, establishing a solid ↑ trend. Momentum indicators like MACD and RSI have both issued buy signals, showing that the bulls are firmly in control of the market.
ZEC: 550-540 into the range, target 525-500#BTC

Your analysis is pretty solid, but if you short between 550 and 540, the upside room to the target 525–500 is only about 4%–8%, so the risk-reward isn’t great. If the Ironmianniu upgrade turns out to be way beyond expectations and it suddenly rips higher and catches you off guard, it’ll be awkward. Wait for confirmation signals before entering.

Shorting from this level is indeed reasonable, but be careful of getting poked and getting liquidated.

ZEC’s price action looks pretty strong—the MACD and RSI are both bullish, but the blogger is still calling for a short. Does he think it’s overbought and due for a pullback? Kinda interesting—let’s test it with a first-hand trade.

Both the news and the technicals point to the bulls, but the trading advice is essentially blank—most likely they’re trying to bet on a short-term pullback. Before the Iron Wood Ox upgrade is fully implemented, there may be another push higher. If 550–540 is the prior high resistance zone, it’s more prudent to go long after a pullback and confirmation. However, the market can change in an instant—make sure to set your stop-loss.
