I was about to close the software, but then you pulled this on me!
After I finished lunch and checked the charts, I saw a burst of low/zero-volume pump in $SLX /SLX. The price looked exciting, but the bids/acceptance didn’t keep up. I judged it as a strong “bull trap,” so I reminded the shorts to stay alert in advance. Then the pullback accelerated noticeably. 😄
This time, my short was opened at 0.40005. Now the price is back to 0.10517, with a return of +1451.35%. It really took off—this move must be screenshotted for the memory! This isn’t about guessing: I saw the breakout wasn’t supported by actual fills, and during the pullback the selling pressure was even more decisive.
Don’t talk feelings with profits. First handle 80%—take profit when it’s time. Move the stop/protect level of the remaining 20% up to around the cost basis. If it continues down, let the profits naturally extend. If there’s a sudden rebound, there’ll still be room to hold it—so you don’t give your emotions a chance to take over the position.
Chasing a trade is easy to get stuck up at the top of the mountain; chasing a short is also easy to hit a rebound. For friends who haven’t entered yet, stay steady first—there will be more opportunities later. When the next round comes at a more comfortable level, I’ll prompt you immediately. 📌
