July 21 BTC/ETH Mi Shen strategy
These past two days, Mi Shen has been pondering a question: with the de-sensitization of the US-Iran event, the crypto market is clearly showing signs of an independent recovery and repair. You can see the night session repair is very obvious. If it can attract hot money inflows from the hardware sector, and layer in the mid-year election hype in the second half of the year—does it have the possibility of breaking out into a major-level, phase-structured bull run? Right now, with these expectations, Mi Shen is waiting for one event after another to land.
BTC: From the level chart, you can see BTC is in a clearly rising channel, and the three major intervals have been stepping up one by one, already reaching the lower bound of the third interval. The natural goal for this round is to break through the 66740 level “choke point” to open up the huge space above. This week coincides with the Federal Reserve’s blackout period, and most moves will be decided by the market itself. So there’s no need to worry too much about news-flow—just look at the technicals. On the trade: if you want to go long big, use 66740 as the defense; if it breaks out, you should exit to avoid risk. If you’re thinking of adding on pullbacks, the pressure level is right in front of you, and without a first entry it’s not very good to board. If you want to add on pullbacks, use the box theory: use the lower bound of the most recent box, or the lower bound of the next higher-level midline as a defensive level, and participate cautiously. (See chart for details)
ETH: The 1910 level was successfully taken. Ahead, 1910–1965 is a key resistance. If it can break through, it can similarly open up the huge space above. Optimistically, look for the 2000–2100 range. For near-term entries, you can try around the most recent high or place it at 1950 (the July 15 high). If you’re adding on pullbacks, without a first entry it’s a bit difficult, because “cheap” 1855 is too far away. If yesterday you had a first entry by looking at the tweets, you could adjust your expectations a bit. There’s no particularly good idea intraday; if Mi Shen finds a good spot in the night session, he’ll update the tweets again. (See chart for details) #ETH突破1900美元 $ETH
