7.21 Morning Bitcoin and Ethereum Market Analysis
The bullish idea we provided yesterday was successfully realized at the very last moment in the evening. During the day, BTC pulled back and fell out of the support level, but it was still within expectations and the range remains controllable. In the evening, there was a fairly notable surge in volume; the price was pushed up to 65788 before stalling. Later in the early morning, a technical correction did not break below the 65000 level.
ETH yesterday was right within the support range. The subsequent rebound also smoothly broke through the 1900 level, rising to a peak of 1917, with a pullback to the low at 1888. Perfect entry and exit points are illusions—always trying to sell at the highest point and buy at the lowest point will only repeatedly miss, hesitate, and end up missing a stable trading opportunity.
For BTC, the 65000-65500 range is where the “dog money” repeatedly tested before it managed to surge up. For earlier resistance, this is definitely quite strong. So now the key is whether this level can become strong support to further push BTC’s price to break through the 66000 level—of course, that would be an ideal scenario.
On the BTC 4-hour chart, the Bollinger Bands are gradually forming an upward channel for the price. Multiple times in the earlier period, long lower wicks were closed, which also indicates that support below is strong. A steadier 4-hour support gives a 64500-64800 range. Now the “dog money” momentum has slowed and weakened, so there is a need for a short-term pullback. If the pullback strength is too weak to drop below 65000, an aggressive entry can be made around 65100 with a light long (“light-loading”). Leave room in the lower support zone for adding positions. The final target is a breakout at the 66000 level.
For ETH,参考 entry points are 1880-1900 for a light long, with a target near 1940.
