BlackRock is taking the lead in providing at least $12 billion in debt financing for Meta’s new data center project in El Paso, Texas, with BlackRock holding 80% equity and Meta retaining 20%; the project has a total capacity of about 1 GW, and JPMorgan and Morgan Stanley are responsible for arranging the debt issuance.
