Deep Tide TechFlow news: On July 21, according to The Block, sources said that Trump has agreed to the ethical provisions in cryptocurrency legislation, clearing the final major obstacle to moving forward with the Clarity Act. The bill is intended to establish, for the first time, a comprehensive regulatory framework for the digital asset industry at the federal level, and to divide regulatory authority between the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission and the U.S. Commodity Futures Trading Commission.

The report said the bill text is expected to be released in the coming days, after which the Senate may vote. The current dispute is focused on conflicts of interest involving Trump’s memecoin project and its related company, “World Freedom Finance.”
