Deep Tide TechFlow news. On July 21, according to Bitcoin Magazine, Metaplanet’s subsidiary Bitcoin Japan announced it has signed a convertible bond financing agreement with EVO Fund. It plans to raise 9.66 billion yen to build a Bitcoin reserve, with the first Bitcoin purchase amount exceeding 662 million yen. Despite pressure on the crypto market and generally falling share prices for related reserve-holding companies, Bitcoin Japan still views the current market as an entry point for allocating to Bitcoin.



Meanwhile, Japan is advancing adjustments to its regulation framework for crypto assets, aiming to include crypto assets in the “financial assets” category, paving the way for the launch of related financial products later on.
