Just finished lunch and checked the chart—suddenly, the price on my screen started changing its face. It looked strong a moment ago, then within seconds it started looking for key support levels. When the market repeatedly oscillates during the session, $CYS ’s rebound never manages to maintain sustained buy-side momentum. The moment sell pressure shows up overhead, the price drops. In this situation with weak follow-through, I’d rather wait for the short side to confirm.
After completing a long around 0.5173, the chart didn’t give longs too many more opportunities. The current price is 0.2969, and the return on investment shows +838.9%—the timing was right.
Take profits when it’s time to take profits. First close 80% of the position; keep the remaining 20% and push the protective level to around the cost basis. If it keeps moving down, let it run on its own. Even if it suddenly bounces back, it won’t force me to hand the profits back.
Risk control comes first—that’s called rationality; if you cut losses after they happen—that’s called a warrior severing an arm. This isn’t the time to chase shorts. There will be more chances later—once the next batch of signals comes out, I’ll move.
