Stablecoins | If transfers don’t need banks, what would the world look like?

Imagine this.

You want to send money to someone on the other side of the Earth—you don’t need to wait for days, and you don’t have to go through multiple intermediary banks.

As long as there’s internet, you can complete transfers using stablecoins.

This may sound still far away, but it’s exactly why many financial institutions are researching blockchain right now.

The U.S. continues to push stablecoin regulation, which also means this technology is gradually moving from the crypto market into traditional finance.

I think the most interesting part of the future is this:

We might use blockchain every day, without even realizing we’re doing it.

This idea is cool, but the key still comes down to regulation and trust. The US pushing for regulation is a good thing—it can make more people willing to use these tools—but it also needs to prevent over-regulation from stifling innovation.

Is it true? Will international transfers be instant from now on? That’s so convenient!
