Purely personal thoughts, for reference only

On the trading road, position management is always the top priority. You must strictly follow take-profit and stop-loss rules, and never act impulsively out of emotion. Once greed takes over, it’s easy to end up worse off than you expected. After years in the market, my long-term overall returns have steadily outperformed losses.
Actually, this industry isn’t as terrifying and dangerous as outsiders imagine. Keeping a steady mindset and finding the right rhythm and approach that suits you matters far more than blindly following the crowd!

The scariest thing is greed: once you’ve made money, you want to make more, and in the end you lose it all in the final round. Only by strictly following your plan can you survive.

Many people actually make trading more complicated than it needs to be. Finding your own pace is more important than anything else. Steady, steady execution—compounding is astonishing.

I regret it every time after an impulsive trade, but next time I still can’t help myself. The original poster is right—you have to discipline yourself.
