Jiechuang Intelligent: Plans to purchase IT equipment and spare parts worth no more than 10 billion yuan

Mars Finance reported that JiChuang Intelligent (301248.SZ) announced that, to advance its artificial intelligence strategy and business transformation, the company plans to purchase IT equipment and spare parts from multiple suppliers with a total amount not exceeding RMB 10 billion. In the first half of 2026, its “AI + cloud computing” business generated revenue of about RMB 204 million, up about 550% year over year. Total assets increased by about 106% compared with the end of the previous year. The procurement will help further expand the scale of its cloud computing business and is an important initiative for the company to implement its artificial intelligence strategy and continuously promote business upgrade and transformation.
