Mars Finance reported that on July 20, Fujiri Shares announced that the company will acquire 78.80% of the equity in Bosaelis (Nanjing) for a consideration of 399.6 million yuan. After the transaction is completed, the target company will become a holding subsidiary and be included in the consolidated financial statements. This transaction is intended to enter the high-energy-density silicon-based anode materials sector and promote optimization and upgrading of the new energy industry structure. The target company’s 2025 revenue was 172 million yuan, with a net profit of 57.4552 million yuan; from January to April 2026, revenue was 102 million yuan, with a net profit of 27.8053 million yuan. The transaction values the target’s total shareholders’ equity at 510 million yuan based on the income approach, with an appreciation rate of 193.77%. (Company announcement)
